Languages Requirement: Excellent English communication
Requirement -: Good Communication Skills
Exp-: 0 - 5 Years in int voice

Responsibilities and Duties:
* The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:
Handling escalations and complex queries.
* Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls / Emails/ Chats
* Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel
orders, or obtain details of complaints.
* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
Key skills required:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent communications skills
* Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle pressure
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
