Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews of all assigned high risk customers

2. Document EDD review findings to include all pertinent facts and information, such as the preparation of narrative reports summarizing actions, findings and recommendations for next steps.
3. Complete EDD reviews in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
5. Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and incorporate process and procedural changes into the EDD review process.
6. Perform Quality Checks of EDD reviews to ensure that the required EDD efforts and documentation are in accordance with applicable policies.

Skills & Knowledge: 1. Excellent Communication (both verbal and written)
2. Strong comprehension
3. Strong critical thinking
4. Strong compliance to process
5. Proficient with MS Office
6. Familiarity with tools like Fenergo, Autonomy, World-Check, Factiva, LexisNexis Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

Education: Graduate. An MBA would be an added advantage.
