Monitor, evaluate and score inbound calls & provide feedback, 7 QC Tools.
Calibration sessions, employee communication sessions.
Conduct / Lead training sessions.
Provides performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve call quality.
Should have good knowledge of Excel to make reports in reference to performances.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be graduate.
English communication should be good.
