Job Description
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in Project/Program Management and overall relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry preference for experience in automotive SW development lifecycle.
- 1O-12 years Program Management experience or related work experience.
- 5+ years' experience with agile program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Good Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects - PMI/PMP, Agile/Scrum certification desirable but not mandatory.
- ISO26262, ISO21434, ASPICE, Agile-Scrum knowledge
- Good problem-solving capability, critical thinking skills and proficient in risk management.
- Demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication & coordination skills in a matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders within and across divisions to effectively drive issue resolution and alignment across functions.
- Highly agile in achieving success within a constantly evolving environment
Additional responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the execution of program Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, quality, scope) for multiple programs including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, efficient communication, scope, and prioritization.
- Establish key program metrics and ensure program success.
- Manage one too many scrum teams with Agile principles & practices.
- Drive teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan for multiple program(s).
