Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Book closure
Preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act
Finalizing cost data requirements as per RERA and lenders.

Qualifications other Requirements

CA with 3-6 years of relevant experience
Accounting, Financial Reporting relating to Real Estate
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Experience in IND AS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work experience in SAP environment
