Role & responsibilities
Project Execution:
- Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards
Site Management:
- Supervise the construction work at the site and monitor progress.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
- Identify potential delays or issues and report them to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and standard
Safety Compliance:
- Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols at the site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety regulations among workers
Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for approvals and updates.

Male
Essential Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
