Claims Processing/Claims adjudication experience

Claims Audit experience from an Administrator point of view (Audited multiple carriers claims)

Different cost sharing mechanism (Premium/Deductible/Co-Insurance, Co-Pay and out of pocket expenses), Co-ordination of Benefits

Understanding of

• Doctors/ Facility/ Hospital Claims
• Inpatient and outpatient claims
• High value claims
• Intensive care Unit
• Medical Coding- ICD-10, NCCI guideline, CPT codes
• Pre-existing condition/ Prior Authorizations
• Claims Audit, Quality control
• Benefit Administration
• Revenue cycle management
