Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels. Present tailored solutions, such as online ordering platforms, reservation systems, guest engagement tools, and sustainable food packaging supplies (e.g., eco-friendly containers, branded packaging), to prospective clients, highlighting their impact on business growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships for both service lines. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in restaurants and hotels. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients unique needs in digital operations and packaging requirements, and recommending solutions to drive their success. Collaborate with the customer success and supply chain teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely delivery of packaging supplies, and ongoing support for clients. Industry Engagement: Represent GrowDine.Com at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility for digital and packaging solutions. Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, including technology adoption, guest preferences, sustainability demands, and packaging innovations, to position GrowDine.Com as a market leader. Reporting & Strategy: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights for digital and packaging services using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align business development strategies with company goals and client needs. Provide feedback on product enhancements for digital platforms and packaging solutions based on client interactions and market demands. Preferred Skills: Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or food packaging supplies to restaurants or hotels.
