We strive to create spaces that inspire and transform. We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from concept to completion, collaborating with experienced architects and designers. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a creative and supportive environment. *Responsibilities:** - Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and drawings under the guidance of senior architects. - Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. - Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively. - Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality control. - Assist in the coordination of project documentation and correspondence with clients, consultants, and contractors. *Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Strong proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. - Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred but not required. *Benefits:** - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Paid time off and flexible work hours. - Professional development opportunities. - Vibrant and inclusive workplace culture with opportunities for mentorship and growth.
