Our products include unsecured personal loans for unexpected financial needs, education loans to assist students in higher education financing, and SME business loans to support India's growing economy by providing tailored financing solutions for small and medium enterprises. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for an Area Sales Manager - Unsecured Lending. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of unsecured lending products(personal loans/ Small business loans) from DSA markets , managing and developing a sales team, strategizing and implementing sales plans, targeting potential customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include market research, performance analysis, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications Proven experience of 5-6 Yrs + into unsecured lending business and team leadership. Product involves salaried personal loans and Small business loans Expertise into DSA markets sourcing is a must Strong knowledge of unsecured lending products, market trends, and customer needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to strategize and implement effective sales plans Analytical skills for market research and performance analysis Willingness to travel within the designated area Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the financial services industry is preferred,
