- Job Title: AI Image & Video Generation Specialist Location: Calicut, Kerala Experience: 13 years (or strong portfolio with practical use of AI tools) Company: RedPencil Advertising LLP About Us: RedPencil Advertising is a full-service creative agency having office in Bangalore and Calicut, now expanding into emerging tech-led storytelling. As part of our Calicut team, were looking for a sharp, imaginative, and tech-savvy AI Image/Video Generation Specialist to push the boundaries of visual creativity using AI tools. What You'll Do: Create compelling visuals and videos using AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, or similar platforms. Collaborate with our creative directors and designers to develop AI-assisted visual concepts for branding, social media, campaigns, and presentations. Stay on top of trends in generative AI and experiment with new tools to enhance content creation. Develop visual assets quickly and iteratively with a focus on both speed and quality. Customize and refine AI outputs to align with brand strategy and design standards. Contribute to visual storytelling, mood boards, and look development for campaigns and pitches. What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, etc.) Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of composition, style, and color. Ability to write effective prompts and iterate to get high-quality outputs. Interest in storytelling, branding, and experimenting with visual formats. Bonus if you have skills in motion graphics, animation, or editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). A portfolio that showcases creative use of AI-generated imagery or video.
