Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the production
- Implementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers.
- Responsible for operation & maintenance of coding machines.
- Responsibility for safety for Personnel, facilities & Equipment.
- Direct responsibility to provide the raw-materials for production through store.
- Indirect responsible for discipline for workforce.
- Indirect responsibility to implement daily preventive maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHK in their respective areas.
- Responsible for daily tracking & calculation of Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage (Cap & Crown yields)
- Responsible for shift wise production.
- Responsible for proper Manpower utilisation.
- Responsible to control Glass Breakage.
- Responsible for breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for calculate & minimise Filler downtime
- Production knowledge in the Beverage or FMCG industry
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in the Beverage or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should possess:
- B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven production knowledge and experience in the Beverage or FMCG industry
