Job Description
Designation: Senior Analyst
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong background in Medicare programs, including STAR ratings, plan and policy operations, and revenue performance (P&L). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze claims, encounters, risk adjustment data, and provider network performance, using tools like Tableau to drive actionable insights. You will contribute to building and monitoring provider performance dashboards, identifying key opportunities for care and revenue optimization. Prior experience at organizations like Optum or Cigna is highly valued, and the role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients.
