We are hiring for a Senior Manager - Business Development. This is a 5 day work from home opportunity with 2pm-11 pm shifts. Please see below the job description and qualifications required for the same.
Salesforce Compliance & Finance Reporting
- Lead Salesforce compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for accurate, timely updates and weekly/monthly reviews.
- Participate in pipeline (vertical and horizontal interlock) reviews, bring the necessary reports and dashboards for the reviews.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly finance forecasts, specifically for the BD team.
Sales Enablement & Operations
- Support target and lead enrichment efforts, conducting research on key trends for marketing materials and whitepapers.
- Manage Salesforce account and contact data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Map buying communities within priority target accounts, build relationships with key executives on LinkedIn, and distribute domain-focused content.
- Track executive movements, maintain a contract database, and register on sourcing portals.
- Assess key account portfolios and subsidiaries to identify opportunities.
- Focus on identifying and establishing target accounts within priority industries.
GTM Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist with strategic insights to support GTM strategy, account planning, and internal growth initiatives.
- Assist in creating reports for BPR, executive meetings, analyst briefings, and other strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data to develop compelling visuals (e.g., charts, dashboards) that highlight key insights.
Project & Action Tracking
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of key tasks.
- Collaborate across teams to track actions, provide updates, and keep stakeholders informed.
