Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and create knowledge base setups for domain-specific chatbots to enhance user interaction.
- Fine-tune prompts tailored to the specific nature and requirements of various chatbots.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding RAG-specific issues related to existing chatbots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy chatbot solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of chatbot systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and DevOps practices.
Qualification:
- Proven development experience in Node.js and Python.
- Good knowledge of LLM (like Langchain), and a great understanding of RAG.
- Good understanding of Vector DB, Graph DB and MongoDB and its integration with applications.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of prompt finetuning using OpenAI.
- Familiarity with Dialogflow ES/CX and OpenShift is a plus.
