We are hiring for an Associate Manager - LMS Administrator. This is a 5 day work from home opportunity with 3pm-12 pm shifts. Please see below the job description and qualifications required for the same.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented LMS Administrator with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to manage, optimize, and support the learning platform. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring smooth administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the system for our employees.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module, including configuration, management, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors LMS setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of SCORM, AICC.
Experience with data analysis and reporting using SuccessFactors LMS reporting tools.
