Role & responsibilities

• Performs basic telephonic investigation including oral and written communications with client, claimant, witnesses, and all related resources to determine extent of clients liability
• Builds strong client relationships through timely and responsive interactions
• Maintains timely diary of claims
• Reaches productivity goals through proactive file management
• Consistently achieves audit scores of 90% and above
• Completes special projects as assigned in a timely, satisfactory manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have experience any from Property and Casualty Insurance or Order to Cash or Cash Application or claims or Underwriting background preferable
