Job Title: Audit Manager
Location: Pune

Reports To: Head Internal Audit / Zonal Audit Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Manager to oversee internal audits across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of NBFC operations, risk assessment, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute internal audits across assigned branches and regions.
- Review branch-level operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses; recommend corrective measures.
- Conduct surprise audits, cash verifications, gold audits, and process audits.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Coordinate with regional/zonal heads to improve operational efficiencies and compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and submit to senior management within defined timelines.
- Assist in fraud investigations and special audits as required.
- Train and guide branch staff on compliance and audit requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Education: CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant auditing certifications.
- Experience: 58 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of NBFC operations (gold loan, personal loan, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Analytical mind-set with excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools.
