OS EMI- Candidates need to convince customers to pay their outstanding amount into EMI.

Candidates from any sales or collection background pref with good English comms.

 

LOC- Candidates need to sell loan to the customers on the credit card which they have already purchased (such as personal loan).

Candidates from hard-core sales background pref with basic and good English comms.

 

ACTIVATION- Candidates need to call the existing customers & activate their credit card.

Candidate from inbound pref with excellent English comms.

 

RETENTION - Candidates need to call the existing customers & retain them to not cancel their credit card.
