Salary : 3.50 Lac to Up to 4 LAC Lac per Annum + Incentives + Special Allowance + etc

For Senior Management Level Position Salary Range ( Upto 10.50 Lakh Per Annum) + Incentives + Special Allowance + etc. (Openings Depending Upon Locations)

Job Responsibilities:1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.

To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
Reporting in to the Branch Manager.
