Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalyan for a Quantity Surveyor at CDF Infra Con Private Limited. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, cost planning, and preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Duties also include cost management, cost reporting, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure quality and service excellence in all projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience with preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work on-site in Kalyan Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus,
