    Job Summary Nohea is a global sourcing company specializing in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) as well as operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) for turnkey projects in corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and residential settings. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate new leads, follow up with prospects, assist the Business Development Director, and arrange client meetings, all while embodying Nohea's professional yet creative brand ethos. This is an onsite position in Udaipur, ideal for entry-level to mid-level candidates who are passionate about sales and design. Key Responsibilities - Identify, research, and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. - Manage and update lead and customer information in the CRM system. - Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities. - Assist the Business Development Director with proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits. - Liaise with both Indian and international buyers to understand their requirements and coordinate orders. - Prepare and maintain sales reports and data using Microsoft Excel. - Communicate effectively to propose tailored furniture solutions. - Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience). - 03 years of sales or customer-facing experience; fresh graduates with a strong aptitude are welcome. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively. - Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and a team player. - Willingness to work onsite in Udaipur; local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred. - Interest or background in furniture, interior design, or architecture is an advantage.
