Job Description

Plan and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure operative effectiveness. Follow guidelines laid by the Executive Sous Chef on menu plan and design in consultation with the Sous Chef.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must and must have good knowledge about the hot kitchen and cold kitchen minimum of 4 years in hotels / Restaurants
