Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct background verification, document verification, and BGV for candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in human resource management or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, background screening, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
