DB2 Architecture & Administration: Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing IBM DB2 LUW environments across multiple OS platforms.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Proficiency in database performance tuning, query optimization and troubleshooting complex issues.
Security & Auditing: Experience in implementing database security, audits, and compliance measures.
Upgrades & Patching: Skilled in planning and executing DB2 upgrades, patch management, and applying fixes.
Replication & CDC: Nice to have experience in DB2 replication process (including IBM CDC) across diverse environments and platforms.
Scripting & Automation: Proficient in automation using shell scripts, Python, or other scripting languages.
Change Management & Communication: Strong knowledge of ITIL change management processes, with excellent communication skills and experience working in MNC environments.Role & responsibilities
