Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in international voice process or similar industry.
- Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to understand diverse accents.
- Ability to work independently from home office setup.
- Candidates should be from Delhi NCR only.
