Job Title: Relationship Officer - Home Loan

Location: Aligarh / Gorakhpur / Lucknow
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan, Mortgage, or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Home Loan, Mortgage, and LAP products to potential customers.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP sales.

Strong understanding of loan products and financial regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
