Job Description

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Visit clients/customers to promote and sell products/services

Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, or direct clients

Conduct market research and gather customer feedback

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client issues

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, banking, real estate, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Target-driven with good negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

Willingness to travel locally

Familiarity with Kanpur/Lucknow market preferred
