- Job Title: Sr. Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary: The Sr. Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare organizations. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding clinical and non-clinical job requirements, maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensuring an efficient, timely, and compliant hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medical assistants, allied health, administrative staff, and many more) through various platforms, including job boards, referrals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, credentials, and experience. Coordinate interviews with the Account Manager and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hiring standards, including credentialing and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams. Stay up to date on healthcare staffing trends, salary benchmarks, and job market demands. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry, is a MUST. Familiarity with credentialing processes, medical terminology, and healthcare compliance regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and healthcare industry standards. Experience recruiting for FQHCs, hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities and many more.,
