We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented DGM Operations, who would be responsible for the execution, completion and delivery of the projects to the concerned stakeholder. The candidate should have excellent people and project execution skills along with a great sense of being resourceful. A goal-oriented individual who can drive resources in a fast-paced working environment.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources
- Responsible for heading the construction of Interior Fit-Outs, residential interiors and related activities while guiding Project Managers.
- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction coordination with site management activities.
- Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on the skills profile.
- Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining daily project-related data and presenting it to the higher leadership for necessary actions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B. Tech preferred
- Good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Should be able to join immediately
- A minimum of 12 years of experience as a DGM Operations or similar role is required.
- Should possess People Management and Project Management skills.
- Should have excellent command over Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
- Should have experience in handling a minimum of 20 team members.
- Hands-on experience in Excel, Data Management, Mathematics and Data Analytics.
- Expertise in the real estate industry/Manufacturing Industry/ Residential Interiors/ etc
