Job Description

Key responsibilities and Accountability

Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
Need to adhere to the shift adherence
Need to follow quality checks on call

Qualification Min Undergraduates (UG/Graduates

Fresher/Experienced: Freshers

HOOP/Shifts 8 to 7 pm Min 9 hours of login & days Roster

Any Incentives Performance Based

Assessments: AMCAT (SVAR 34)

For English & Kannada/Malayalam
