Job Description

Role: Branch Relationship Manager / BSM (CASA)

•          CASA acquisition through motivating sales team for Liabilities business for Retail Branch Banking
•          Ensure to achieve sales target & productivity of team
•          Guiding team members for acquisition of CASA, Cross sales Assets and other banking products / service
•          Responsible for making cross sell of third party products (LI,GI,MFs,SIPs).
•          Responsible for Non-financial responsibilities for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch to grow the                   Liability business and achievement of targets.
•          Ensure Liability acquisition target are met by developing new relationships and handling existing portfolio.
•          Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.

 

CTC is upto 9 LPA.
