Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Health Admin Services Representative
Location: Airoli, Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift
- Receive and review healthcare claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Edit and process claims based on policy guidelines and system requirements.
- Apply pricing and adjudication rules to determine claim outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth claim lifecycle management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing systems and protocols.
- Adhere to performance metrics, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred, from batch of 2025
- Prior experience in healthcare claims processing or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
