    Key Responsibilities

    1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to executives by managing their schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
    2. Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
    3. Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
    4. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
    5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
    6. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
