Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
  
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for integration with front-end applications.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug existing systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Java 8 or above, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
  
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and MVC design patterns.
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
  
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
