Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT services,
project delivery, and staff augmentation models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing a team of
professionals to meet the client's requirements. This role requires an individual who is highly
organized, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage cross-functional
teams in a fast-paced environment.

Budgeting & Cost Management Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in IT project delivery and team management, with
a strong understanding of IT services and staff augmentation models.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software
development life cycles (SDLC), cloud services, and Agile methodologies.
Staff Augmentation Expertise: Proven experience in managing staff augmentation
processes and understanding resource management models.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage, mentor,
and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
handle complex issues and resolve them efficiently.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
