Job Description
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Assist in creating and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal links to improve search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to website performance, such as loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices in web content and design.
- Track and report on the performance of SEO campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Assist in building and managing backlink profiles to improve domain authority.
- Support in competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, on-page and off-page optimization, and search engine algorithms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute effectively to projects.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the SEO field.
