Position: Senior Analyst/Asset Management
Job Description :
We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Hyderabad, India office. The role involves working with the U.S.-based Asset Management team that manages the renewable energy asset portfolio (wind and solar energy assets).
WHAT YOULL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
Working very closely with the Asset Management team based out of the Hyderabad, India office and assist in the seamless delivery of asset management activities/deliverables.
Assisting the Asset Management team in the U.S. on ad-hoc requests, including (but not limited to) construction management of in-construction projects, plant performance, site management, payments, preparation of annual budgets and compliance.
Preparing timely and comprehensive reports for management on portfolio level operational performance and related parameters on weekly & monthly basis.
Active involvement in preparing all scheduled lender reporting, which includes (but not limited to) operational reports and construction progress reports.
Active involvement in processing monthly construction draws for under construction projects.
Working closely with the cross-functional team on portfolio-wide processes, including (but not limited to) revenue invoicing, REC sale, lease management, property taxes, regulatory filings and sales taxes.
Maintaining and creating databases and aggregating asset-related information at both the project and portfolio levels. - Assisting the team in implementation of ERP for asset management function.

A post-graduate or MBA with a record of accomplishment and two to three years of work experience. Previous experience in asset management or a techno-commercial role in the renewable energy space is a must. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
