 Telesales Executive

Job Description

Generate and grow Business with existing clients and develop new business source by identifying market opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Working together with the team and work effectively as a team to meet performance targets.
  • Regular reporting and updates on sales progress.
  • Responsible for identifying market opportunities, Learning about new products and supporting ongoing projects.
  • Negotiating with customers for the professional services rendered.
  • The person needs to act as trusted advisor and influencer in winning customers decisions to buy architects and adopt products and services provided by the company.
  • Identify customer needs and surfacing new projects that align with the customer s business strategy.
  • Assist in documentation and creating sales proposals.

Requirements

  • Degree or 1 year of experience in sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of pre-sales will be an added advantage.
  • Mandatory to be able to write and communicate in English.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Individual contributor.
  • Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
  • Multilingual in speaking will have a higher priority.
  • Knowledge in Web Development/ Software Development / Digital Marketing will be a plus.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and travelling for a client meeting.
  • Result-oriented with proven track records.
  • Freshers may apply.
  • Training will be provided.
