Job Description
- Develop architecture and design artifacts for projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards
- Lead POCs for complex modules, demonstrating feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions
- Identify technical issues and risks and define mitigation approaches to address them effectively
- Participate in architecture governance reviews such as the Architecture Review Board (ARB), providing insights and recommendations for architectural decisions
- Work closely with technical teams and business partners/specialists to ensure successful project delivery, fostering collaboration and communication
- Contribute to Service Offering Initiatives through thought leadership, proposing innovative solutions and approaches
- Actively contribute to Open Source projects, sharing expertise and collaborating with the community to drive innovation
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions, working on architectural frameworks, and contributing to design decisions under guidance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital engineering space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Represent Innominds at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions in digital engineering or IT services.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Deep technical expertise in areas such as AI, ML, IoT, Cloud, 5G, Mobility, Edge Computing, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital transformation and modern engineering practices is a plus.
