Job Description

• Analyze and gather requirements for modules such as:
• Patient Identification
• Births & Deaths Registration and Record Management
• Patient History, Consent, and Referrals
• Admission, Discharge, Transfers, and Billing
• Patient Medicine Management
• Collaborate on system designs and workflows for:
• Healthcare Provider and Facility Identification
• Hospital Ward and Theatre Facility Management
• Other Hospital Facility Management operations
• Document requirements and processes for:
• Clinical Events or Episodes
• Laboratory Tests and Orders
• Interventions and Procedures
• Clinical Observations and Notes
• Develop user stories and process flows for:
• Patient Appointment Scheduling
• Hospital Visit Tracking
• Queue Management Systems
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT domain
• Strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and clinical workflows
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
