Work directly with custom applications to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Incident and Change Management:
Manage and resolve incidents related to custom applications, adhering to defined SLAs.
Implement change requests following established change management procedures.
Work within the Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.
Technical Development:
Develop and maintain Service Portal components (Widgets, Widget Instances, Pages).
Develop and maintain server-side logic using:
Flow Designer (Sub flows and Actions)
Workflows
Business Rules
Script Includes
Notifications
Email Scripts
Outbound REST Message Integration
Transform Maps
Develop and maintain client-side logic using:
Client Scripts
UI Policies
UI Actions
Proficient in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
Reporting and Dashboards:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into application performance and usage.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Proficiency in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow server-side and client-side development.
Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
