Hiring for the role of Desktop Support Engineer ( L2 ) in one of the largest IT company in Kolkata.
Skills and Requirements :-
-- Must have 50% throughout the academic qualification. ( 10th,12th and Graduation )
-- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support role.
-- As an analyst must be able to do system administration, incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24/7 basis incident, problem, change and configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service level.
-- Work on scheduled task as a part of Change Management.
-- Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/implement services improvement plan.
-- Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to Lead or Manager.
Experience - 1yr to 3 yrs
CTC - Best as per market standards.
