Good understanding of background verification process for Global locations.
Responsible for issuing and monitoring the pre-joining documents.
Ensuring all the background verification initiated are followed up daily to achieve closures within the TAT.
Initiate the appropriate checks as per the client & Synechron standards.
Responsible for updating and monitoring internal HR systems and databases.
Maintaining and updating the trackers and data repository.
Ensuring the vendor performance is up to the standards and within the agreed SLAs.
Preferred Candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good Inter-personal skills
Proven experience in conducting background checks.
Experience in handling Global HR operations.
Prior experience in using HRIS and ticketing tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
