Job Description
- Conduct mass engagement of clinical stakeholders at client hospitals through CMEs, departmental meetings, etc
- Engage with clinical leadership at client hospitals to communicate the clinical benefits of Dozee.
- Facilitate understanding of how Dozee s solutions can improve patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive clincial collaboration and support
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of clinical governance processes at client hospitals.
- Work with hospital administration, key clinical stakeholders to integrate Dozee into existing governance frameworks.
- Monitor and support compliance with clinical governance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the adoption of Dozee s clinical solutions.
- Identify and address barriers to adoption within clinical settings.
- Track and report on adoption metrics and progress.
- Deliver training and educational sessions to clinical staff on how Dozee has improved patient outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Facilitate communication between Dozee s technical teams and hospital clinical staff.
- Medical doctor (MBBS) preferred
- Additional training in healthcare administration, information technology or related field preferable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical setting in hospitals, clinical implementation or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability for mass clinical engagement, and to engage and influence clinical leadership.
- Willingness to travel extensively ( at least 15 days /month) pan India to client hospitals.
