Job Description

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing

Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes to map out the user journey
Define and implement UX best practices to improve user satisfaction
Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
Develop high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and design systems
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements across products
Optimize UI components for responsiveness and accessibility
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior
Perform A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to validate design decisions
Gather feedback through user interviews and surveys
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

Requirements

3+ years Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Strong portfolio of design projects
Background in project management and research
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
