Job Description

Unit Head / Site Head is looks overall responsibility for mining operations, transport and dispatch of coal & OB, quality management, safety management, R&R, Land possession and implementation of best practices in addition to be completely responsible for all company related governance and compliance aspects.

Business Planning Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and direct the company operations to ensure a profitable business.
Project Planning and implementation Be responsible for compliance and reporting of company performance to MD & Board
Monitoring Unit performance
People Management Oversee Human resource management & Employee relations
Safety and Environment Management
Mine Management
Land & Liaison and Administrative Networking
Financial Management

This is new Green Field Project so as of date 100 (Management Cadre), hiring in full swing as unit is ramping up for achieving full capacity production & operations. Experience in Coal Mining is Must
