Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage depot operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Handle channel sales activities, including team management and retail sales strategies.
Oversee sales operations, driving growth through effective planning and execution.
Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in paints, preferably in a similar role (depot handling).
Strong understanding of channel sales, retail sales, and team handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
