Job Description
- Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management
- Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent)
- Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
- Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Salary: As per Market Standards
- Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office

Job Profile
- International Voice (Technical Support)
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English
- Must-Havestrong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Target
- Call Center experience a plus
