Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, motivated and results-driven Retail Medical Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for going to the field to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies (chemists) in the territory assigned to them, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Promotion:
- Promote and sell the companys pharmaceutical products to chemists.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and stockists, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the companys product portfolio, product highlights and any new product launches.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain and relay accurate records of sales, dispatch and inventory and documentation regarding paymentsetc.
- Submit information as required by the company promptly.
- Stock Management:
- Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels at stockist to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the stockist to ensure fulfilment of orders. Place Distributor Orders as necessary.
